Very nice music, beautiful is definitely a word to employ here. Very organic and that's not a bad thing coming at a time when half the world seems to have forgotten how to make it that way. WEll, I certainly do embrace technology in my own productions, especially when incorporating electronic insturmentations, but, even if you're going to do that, it's good to touch base with the fact that, unless you put heart into it, it will never be anything but 'technical'. If it can't touch it's listner in heart, mind and spirit, it has accomplished very little, if anything at all. It is mere noise that will be forgotten very quickly.
The mainstream, for the mo9st part, might not, at this point, go for something like this. They, like so many others, seem to have fallen asleep at the wheel, and only look for what they consider to be profitable. That, to my way of thinking, is a pity, and would wory me immensely if not for the fact that I do know there are musicians who will continue to strive for excellence, making good music anyway, because it is what they want to do, without compromise. So, I am always thankful for friends made along the way whom I inevitably discover are'nt going to compromise the artistic vision that is their own, and that gives the rest of us who are going to enjoy listenin to their music, well, something really good to listen to.
